I came to this from more than one direction.

I spent years across education and business.

I raised two neurodivergent daughters and was diagnosed with ADHD myself at 47.

I’ve worked with parents, educators, founders, and companies, and kept seeing versions of the same problem:

When a person struggles inside a system, we get very interested in changing the person.

My work asks us to look at the rest of the picture too.
